About The Practice
Advanced Perinatal Associates offers compassionate, individualized care at two offices in Manalapan and Little Silver, New Jersey.
Led by medical director and founder Dr. Paul Matta, FACOG the team offers wide-ranging services including preconception counseling, prenatal diagnosis, and diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy-related complications. The team offers both 3D and 4D ultrasounds.
To give patients maximum accessibility and flexibility, Advanced Perinatal Associates is open seven days a week. The warm and welcoming team offers truly personalized care, and every patient has a direct relationship with Dr. Matta. Patients always get the information and support they need as they navigate through the journey of motherhood.
The Advanced Perinatal Associates team understands that high-risk pregnancies can be stressful, and they’re here to help mothers-to-be protect both themselves and their developing babies. The team looks forward to helping patients through every step of a healthy pregnancy.

We partner with patients and their Ob/ Gyns to discuss all options for treatment and develop a plan for the entire pregnancy. We are there when our patients need us and are OPEN 7 DAYS/ WEEK. We maintain a comfortable and inviting office environment. In summary, our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized, world-class care to optimize health outcomes for women and their unborn children.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
- We are the ONLY Obstetric and ultrasound practice OPEN 7 DAYS/ WEEK in New Jersey, we work with working mothers to make scheduling ultrasounds the least stressful part of their pregnancy.
- All ultrasound scans are performed using leading-edge technology in state of the art 3D/4D ultrasound scanners.
- Physicians are Board Certified in both OBG/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Sonographers are fully Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers with specialty certification in OB-GYN imaging
- MD’s and Sonographers are fully certified to perform Nuchal Translucency Assessment including Nasal Bone imaging.
- Board Certified MFM specialists are available to perform Chorionic Villous Sampling and Amniocentesis and other diagnostic procedures on site
